Pork Chop Smith

Pork Chop Smith, age 11, of Morganton, North Carolina, passed away Wednesday, August 19, 2020. Born on August 02, 2009 in Texas, Pork Chop was one of twelve. Pork Chop will be remembered as a fun-loving dog who had a special bond with all people. He loved riding, and always took two trips daily. Every night, Pork Chop could be seen driving through downtown Morganton as he greeted and barked at all the people. He took three trips to the bank every week to get his treat. Pork Chop loved chasing balls and working the horses and cattle at his home. Pork Chop traveled the world with his companion. He is survived by his owners, Penny and Kevin Smith; his last sibling, Bodie Teten; and special friends, Gracie Padgett and Millie Denton. Pork Chop will be loved and missed by all who had the pleasure of having him in their lives.
